Staff

Holly is Pre-school manager, SENDCo and administrator. She is also the setting designated safeguarding lead. She has been working at pre-school since 2017. She has a level 3 qualification in childcare, a level 3 qualification as a SENDCo  and a level 5 qualification in leadership and management in early years.  Holly is currently working towards a level 7 qualification in Early years leadeship and mangement. Holly is one of our tapestry coordinators and also works as a support to our new members of the team as part of our key person system. 

Jasmyn has worked at pre-school since 2024 and is now an apprentice at pre-school. She is currently working towards a level 2 qualification in childcare. Jasmyn is another member of the team who  plays a big role in arts and craft and the displays you see in the setting. Jasmyn does now form part of our key person system and is supported by Holly when needed.

Pauline is the pre-school deputy manager. She has been working at the pre-school since 2002 and has a level 3 qualification in childcare.  Pauline is one of our tapestry coordinators (our observation/record keeping programme). She works as part of our key person system and is our deputy safeguarding lead. Pauline is our art and crafts expert and is usually responsible for making the displays in the setting.

Ellie is our current apprentice, she is working towards a level 3 qualification in childcare, she has been working at pre-school since 2025. Ellie now forms part of our key person system over with support from Holly.

Natasha is a pre-school assistant. She has been working at the pre-school since 2012. She has a level 1 & 2 qualification in childcare.  Natasha works as part of our key person system.  She has a special interest in healthy eating, fitness and physical development.

Janet was the manager at pre-school before retiring, but still helps out with holiday and sickness cover and supports when needed. She has worked at preschool since 1988 and has a level 3 qualification in childcare.
